Rona was born and raised in the Philippines and, in 1993, moved to New Jersey to attend high school. Upon graduating from high school in 1997, she moved back to the Philippines and studied architecture.
In 1999, she moved to California and accepted various positions in the banking industry, where she spent more than 14 dedicated years assisting clients in achieving their dreams and goals. During COVID-19, she took some time off to care for her mother and to determine where her talents would be best suited, based on her desire to achieve and succeed, while, at the same time, helping others do the same. The answer became clear; considering her early background in architecture, she chose Real Estate.
Rona studied tirelessly, took the Real Estate exam, and passed on the first round. After obtaining her Real Estate License, she met Drew Smyth of Smyth Properties and was impressed with his dedication, work ethic, hands-on support, and proactive efforts to buy and sell California luxury homes for his clients. These are all traits in common, and, as such, she joined his team to seamlessly support and help grow his firm, specializing in California luxury homes.
